Profile
Siddharth Shankar Dubey is an advocate practising principally before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and appearing before District Courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities across Uttar Pradesh. He is the Managing Partner of DAD Law Offices, the Lucknow practice he leads.
His work joins depth in public law with a broad private practice. Having advised and represented public authorities, local bodies and educational institutions, as well as corporates, financial institutions, startups and individuals, he understands disputes with the State from both sides of the courtroom. Constitutional law and alternative dispute resolution are the core of his expertise.
Beyond the courtroom, he writes and speaks on law and public policy, holds a master's degree in public policy, and takes an active part in professional forums and legal education. In public life he is a committed and articulate voice on questions of governance, national interest and the constitutional order, and he makes his case through law, argument and institutions.
